In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems. Your mechanical expertise and proactive approach will help maintain a safe, functional environment that supports our operational excellence. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, appliances, HVAC/R units, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical components to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics and technical manuals. Perform equipment repairs and replacements to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery. Assist with HVAC system servicing including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units to maintain climate control standards. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents to diagnose issues accurately. Support construction or renovation projects by providing maintenance expertise and ensuring safety compliance. Lead or assist with equipment upgrades or installations while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance. Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes. Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ventilation systems. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, construction projects, and general maintenance tasks. Experience working with refrigeration systems or similar appliances is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work independently or as part of a team.
