Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5

PM Compensation:

$25/hour (based on experience) As a Service Technician at WPM, your primary responsibilities will include responding to maintenance work orders, conducting preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents. ️

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Perform HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance Repair and maintain appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing Hang, prep, and sand drywall Paint apartment units and common areas Maintain grounds, ensuring safety and cleanliness Assist with snow removal as needed Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) ✅

Qualifications:

Demonstrated skills in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry required High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in residential property maintenance Must be available for on-call emergencies (nights, weekends, holidays) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Comfortable working on ladders and lifting up to 85 lbs Strong communication and problem-solving skills
