Industrial Maintenance Technician

Industrial Mechanic - Downstream Metal Recycling Operations Complete Recycling Group (CRG) - Elkton, MD CRG is hiring an experienced industrial mechanic to keep our downstream metal processing line running. You'll be the go-to person for mechanical reliability on conveyors, shredders, eddy currents, sorting equipment, and supporting systems. Responsibilities Preventive maintenance on bearings, belts, rollers, drives, gearboxes, and hydraulics Diagnose and repair breakdowns to minimize downtime on the downstream line Maintain spare parts inventory and order replacements before failures occur Welding and fabrication for repairs and equipment modifications Coordinate with operators to schedule maintenance around production Document work orders, PM schedules, and equipment history Qualifications 5+ years industrial maintenance experience, recycling or heavy manufacturing preferred Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills Welding and cutting torch proficiency Basic electrical knowledge a plus Self-directed, reliable, able to work safely around heavy equipment Valid driver's license Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, benefits, overtime opportunities.

Pay:

$27.61 - $33.25 per hour
