Job Description

We are committed to operating a safe, reliable, and professional vehicle fleet that meets—and exceeds—Federal and State OSHA and CDC standards. Our Utility Workers play a critical role in protecting our employees, our community, and our brand by ensuring our vehicles are compliant, well-maintained, and always presentable. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Utility Worker with a valid CDL to support our onsite fleet operations. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of our vehicles and facilities. Key Responsibilities Clean, sanitize, and wash the interior and exterior of fleet vehicles in accordance with OSHA and CDC standards Detail an agreed-upon number of vehicles per month Inspect vehicles and document any damage; report findings to management Check, maintain, and document system fluid levels (oil, DEF, coolant, washer fluid, etc.) Ensure all vehicle emergency equipment (fire extinguisher, body-fluid kit, first aid kit) is fully stocked and functional Accurately report end-of-day (EOD) mileage for all vehicles Maintain clear, detailed records of all services performed Safely move vehicles between job sites and work areas using CDL credentials Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Assist team members as needed Close and secure the office and shop at the end of each day Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements - Required No criminal convictions or DWI/DUI, assault, or controlled substance possession within the past five (5) years Ability to successfully pass: Pre-employment performance evaluation DOT physical Drug and alcohol screening Background investigation and pre-employment assessments Minimum of two (2) years of experience related to vehicle servicing, fleet maintenance, or equivalent experience General knowledge of fuels, lubricants, vehicle safety procedures, and cleaning materials Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and crawl as required Education High School Diploma or GED required
Compensation Pay Rate:

Work Schedule:
Overnight shift from 6:30 pm to 3:00 am.
Days Off:
Days off will vary.
