$20.00- $24.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM

What You'll Bring as a Maintenance TechnicianYou're skilled, dependable, and care about doing the job right.
You bring:
- 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC experience a plus).
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover overtime or nearby communities when needed.
- Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training (we'll train you!).
- Strong communication and customer-service skillsHow You'll Make an ImpactEvery day, you'll play a vital role in keeping our community comfortable, safe, and well cared for:
- Bring spaces to life
- perform routine and preventative maintenance, including painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning.
- Care for the grounds
- maintain curb appeal through landscaping, snow/ice removal, and seasonal upkeep.
- Respond with urgency
- complete work orders promptly and rotate for emergency on-call coverage (respond within 50 minutes).
- Prioritize quality & compliance
- follow all safety, property, and inspection standards with precision.

- work closely with peers and residents, showing empathy and pride in every repair.
