AtWork Tysons is hiring maintenance technicians for apartment communities across Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and the DC area. We're a local staffing company that works exclusively in property management — that's all we do. These are ongoing assignments at established apartment communities, not one-off jobs. Pay is $24 to $26.50 per hour depending on experience, and up to $29 per hour for HVAC-certified techs. Weekly pay.

Locations include:

Silver Spring, Wheaton, Kensington, Hyattsville, Langley Park, Suitland, District Heights, Oxon Hill, Laurel, Gaithersburg, and Rockville. We'll place you at a community near where you live. What you'll do General apartment maintenance — plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall and paint Service requests and work orders Unit turns and punch work HVAC service if you're certified Grounds and common area upkeep What we're looking for 2+ years of apartment or facilities maintenance experience Basic hand tools Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and E-Verify
