What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician , you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently. You'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, manage parts inventory, and support warehouse operations to minimize downtime and keep production moving. Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues. Conduct equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs. Coordinate major repairs with outside vendors when needed. Maintain maintenance logs and repair documentation. Ensure equipment meets company safety and operational standards. Assist with general facility maintenance and housekeeping. Warehouse & Inventory Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Load and unload materials using forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Maintain accurate inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment. Report inventory discrepancies and damaged materials. Assist with ordering replacement parts and maintaining stock levels. Safety & Operations Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support daily production by responding quickly to equipment needs. Partner with operations and production teams to meet business goals. Assist with additional projects and operational needs as assigned. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment and machinery. Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment. Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience required; electrical repair experience preferred. Warehouse or inventory management experience is a plus. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory or maintenance tracking systems. Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds . Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
