We are seeking a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Property Maintenance, this position involves a wide variety of hands-on work across our office, warehouse, and retail properties. Responsibilities will include tenant turnover, construction and fit-out work, building maintenance, repairs, and general property improvement projects.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General construction and tenant fit-out work Tenant turnover and property preparation Demolition and site preparation Drywall installation, repair, and finishing Carpentry and general woodwork Interior and exterior painting Pressure washing Minor roofing repairs and maintenance Flooring installation and repair General building maintenance and repairs Assist with property improvement and construction projects Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools Perform other maintenance and repair duties as neededMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Prior experience in general construction, property maintenance, or a related field Working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, lifts, and roofs as needed Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to perform a variety of hands-on tasks and learn new skillsSchedule:
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Overtime opportunities are available as needed and offered based on workload and projectsBenefits & Perks:
