Compensation:

$24 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential or commercial properties Troubleshoot and repair systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal property performance Prepare units for new occupancy, including repairs and general upkeep Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed

Qualifications:
