Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shower Door Installer (Experienced) to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing, repairing, and customizing shower doors and enclosures, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will help transform bathroom spaces by delivering precise craftsmanship and exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity for seasoned installers who thrive on hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding results to our clients. Duties Measure bathroom spaces accurately using blueprint reading and schematics to determine the correct shower door sizes and configurations. Fabricate and modify glass panels, frames, and hardware using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to ensure perfect fitment. Install shower doors, including frame carpentry, metal stud framing, fixture installation, and trim carpentry to secure doors properly. Apply caulking and construction painting techniques to seal installations effectively and enhance aesthetic appeal. Perform heavy lifting of glass panels, framing materials, and fixtures safely while adhering to safety protocols. Read blueprints and schematics to follow detailed installation instructions precisely on construction sites or remodeling projects. Conduct site assessments to identify potential challenges and coordinate with other trades such as cabinetry or remodeling teams for seamless project execution. Qualifications Proven experience in glass installation, fixture installation, door hanging, and remodeling projects within a construction environment. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, schematics interpretation, metal stud framing, carpentry, and handyman skills. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and assembly techniques required for precise installations. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, construction site experience, and remodeling processes is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to troubleshooting installation issues. Prior experience in construction painting or cabinetry installation is a plus but not required.
