We need someone who can jump between problems and handle whatever comes up, without waiting on a vendor. No two days look the same here. You'll work alongside our on-site engineer, handling the smaller repairs and projects so they can focus on the bigger stuff. This role is for someone who's genuinely good with their hands across multiple trades, not just one. This position works around members throughout the day, so a professional, well-kept, and friendly presence matters as much as the technical skill. What you'll do: Diagnose and fix equipment problems on the spot Handle plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, and cabinetry repairs Fix doors, windows, and appliances Take on large cleaning projects: power washing, high dusting, painting, wallpaper and wall covering Respond quickly to emergency maintenance issues to keep downtime and safety risks low Keep basic records of repairs completed and parts used Help track and restock maintenance supplies and parts What you need: Real experience across several trades, not just one specialty The ability to figure out a problem on your own, not just follow instructions Comfort researching parts, manuals, or fixes when you hit something new Comfortable working at heights, including 16-foot ladders and lift equipment Able to lift 50-75 lbs alone; heavier lifts done with a team or equipment Professional, well-groomed appearance and a friendly, welcoming attitude with members Basic computer skills — able to work with
