What You'll Bring Experience in fabrication, millwork, laminate, solid surface, cabinetry, or construction environment Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, specifications, and measurements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Ability to lift materials and work in a fast-paced shop setting Willingness to assist with countertop installation, casework installation, and material deliveries as needed Qualifications Two years of fabrication, installation, or related construction experience preferred, but not required Willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Experience working with laminate, solid surface materials, commercial casework, or related fabrication processes preferred CNC programming and/or machine operation experience a plus, but not required Why Join Kitchen Concepts Plus?
