Job Description
Apartment Maintenance Technician We're looking for a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician who has a solid foundation in maintenance and is eager to learn, build their skills, and grow with a team. You'll be responsible for keeping the property, apartments, and common areas in great condition. This is a jack-of-all-trades type of role , so experience in multiple areas is a big plus. What You'll Do Complete maintenance work orders and prepare vacant units for new residents Install vinyl plank flooring Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs Handle drywall repairs, painting, and general apartment turnover work Assist with property upkeep and cleaning between vendor visits Move between occupied units, vacant apartments, and common areas as needed Participate in a rotating on-call schedule every other week Skills & Experience Experience or working knowledge in any of the following is highly valued: Vinyl plank flooring installation Electrical Plumbing HVAC Appliances Drywall Painting General apartment/property maintenance Multifamily property maintenance experience is preferred , but we're willing to consider someone with strong hands-on skills, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
