Job Description
Bay Ready Mix of MD, LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Plant Maintenance Technician or a mechanically inclined individual who is willing to learn, to support our ready-mix concrete operations in the Salisbury, MD and Southern Delaware area. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment including mixers, conveyors, batching systems, and electrical components Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and implement timely and effective solutions Conduct routine inspections of plant machinery and identify potential problems before they impact operations Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and environmental regulations Assist with plant upgrades, installations, and modifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Bay Ready Mix of MD, LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Plant Maintenance Technician to support our ready-mix concrete operations in the Salisbury, MD area.
