Job Description
We believe property management is a service profession. Every interaction — a maintenance call, a recertification, a lease renewal — is a chance to do right by the people who depend on us. That belief shapes how we hire, how we train, and how we measure success: more than 550 homes across sixteen communities, roughly 95% occupancy, and waitlists at many of our properties. Our values What guides our work. Care Our communities are homes first. We keep them places people are proud to live. Consistency Long-tenured teams, predictable processes, and steady communication with residents. Integrity Fair, transparent policies for residents and honest compliance with the programs our communities operate under. Local roots Our corporate office is in Annapolis, and our teams live in the counties they serve — Southern Maryland, the Eastern Shore, northern Maryland, and Virginia's Northern Neck are home.
