Must have previous experience with plumbing, minor electrical repair, apartment turnover, painting, appliance repair, and HVAC systems. The position requires availability for a rotating on-call schedule.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Self-starter attitude and reliable
- Complete all daily work order requests
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools
- Preventative maintenance
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair plumbing, electricial and HVAC systems . Minor drywall repair and painting
- You must have your tools
Schedule:
8 hour shifts Monday to Friday Weekend availability for on-callEducation & Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years previous related maintenance required
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50lbs
- HVAC Experience a must
