Must have previous experience with plumbing, minor electrical repair, apartment turnover, painting, appliance repair, and HVAC systems. The position requires availability for a rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Self-starter attitude and reliable
Complete all daily work order requests
Assist with cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools
Preventative maintenance
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair plumbing, electricial and HVAC systems . Minor drywall repair and painting
You must have your tools

Schedule:

8 hour shifts Monday to Friday Weekend availability for on-call

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years previous related maintenance required
Ability to work independently
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50lbs
HVAC Experience a must

Job Type:

$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
