Temporary Maintenance Technician Location:
Bath, ME Pay:
Starting at $25.00 per hour
Position Type:
Temporary, Full-Time Position Summary Keystone Management is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance operations at a multifamily residential community in Bath, Maine. We are looking for a hands-on individual who can support apartment turnovers, repairs, work orders, and larger projects while helping our team maintain a high level of service for residents. Essential Responsibilities Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner. Assist with apartment turnovers, rehabs, and make-ready projects. Perform general repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance maintenance. Maintain common areas and grounds. Assist with preventive maintenance and property inspections. Work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous maintenance, construction, contracting, or property management experience preferred. Experience with apartment rehabs, renovations, or residential construction is highly desirable. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and able to jump in wherever needed. Prior contracting, renovation, or construction experience is a plus, as this role will help support unit rehabs and larger maintenance projects in addition to day-to-day work orders.
Pay:
Starting at $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Temporary position expected to last 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension.
