This role supports a variety of company properties, including Freshies Convenience Stores, Freshies Sparkle Carwashes, Energy Services offices, and leased properties. No two days are exactly the same. Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and inspections Complete preventative maintenance and respond to facility repair needs Safely operate hand tools and power tools Troubleshoot building, store, and basic deli equipment Travel to company locations to complete assigned maintenance work Help maintain safe, clean, and organized facilities Identify maintenance concerns and address them in a timely manner Work independently while supporting team and operational needs Follow company safety standards and maintenance expectations Qualifications General knowledge of building maintenance and repair Experience using hand tools and power tools safely Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed Ability to travel between locations, with occasional overnight travel Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused approach to work Why Join R.
