Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on every site. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction initiatives, from framing and metal building erection to finishing and restoration. Duties Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures Manage and execute masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, and stone with precision Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate various construction tasks Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide framing, siding, roofing, and remodeling projects Conduct carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, framing, woodwork, and siding installation Oversee or participate in welding activities for structural steel components Assist with plastering, stucco application, roofing, and restoration projects as needed Use hand tools effectively for framing, drywall installation, or finishing work Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on the construction site Skills Extensive experience in metal building erection and concrete forming techniques Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site coordination Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry work, and roofing techniques Skilled in carpentry disciplines including framing, trim carpentry, siding, and woodwork Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in various environments Competent in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for precise execution Familiarity with plastering, stucco application, siding installation, and restoration processes Experience with power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and nail guns Physical capability for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites Join our team as a where your craftsmanship will shape impressive structures while advancing your career.
