Maintenance Service Technician (Apprentice Electrician) C.N. Brown Company is a Maine based family owned company that owns and operates 73 convenience stores, 26 heating oil offices and 11 service stations, delivering petroleum products into
Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Northern Massachusetts Job Summary:
Now hiring an Apprentice Electrician or Journeymen electrician, to provide service and maintenance for fueling facility, service station, and convenience store equipment. Experienced technicians preferred, however we are willing to provide paid classroom and field training to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Perform petroleum equipment service and installation calls in a professional, timely, and quality manner. Preform Mechanical repairs on fuel pumps Work with our Electricians to set new pumps and wire them up, repair canopy lighting, price sign work, installing Cameras and minor electrical repairs. Leak detection maintenance and alarms Job requires frequent kneeling, bending, handling, reaching and standing Use hand tools, various types of telecommunication instrumentation devices (training offered as needed) Work in confined space Weekend/holiday on-call rotation with other technicians
Job Specification:
Education - High School diploma (or equivalent) Strong computer skills Valid driver's license Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds Able to work as a team as well as individually Positive attitude and attention to detail Must be able to pass DOT physical Must be comfortable working out of a bucket on a bucket truck Must be comfortable on ladders
