Job Description

Maintenance Technician -
Full-Time Evenings Starting Pay:
$22.00/hour
Schedule:
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping a facility safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and helping create a comfortable environment for residents and staff. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. Complete preventive maintenance and work orders. Assist with grounds maintenance and snow removal. Troubleshoot equipment and building issues. Inspect, maintain, and perform minor repairs on wheelchairs and other resident equipment. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage priorities. Experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or building repairs. Experience maintaining wheelchairs, mobility equipment, or healthcare equipment is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed. Ability to communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and coworkers. Why Join Us? Starting pay of $22.00/hour.
