Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift 40.59/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary responsibilities will be to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all plant equipment. This position is responsible for installing, modifying, and maintaining all plant buildings, equipment, and machinery to desired performance levels, thereby reducing downtime and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Must be able to perform all duties as assigned.

8 Hour Shifts (2:00pm to 11:30pm)Weekends & Holidays Included$1.00 Shift Premium between 6pm and 6am

JOB REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this position:

A minimum of 3 years of production maintenance experience or 2 years experience with related technical education or degreeAbility to work any shifts, holidays, and weekends as well as extended schedules and scheduled/unscheduled overtimeMust have skill set in machine repair, machine shop equipment, plumbing, pneumatics, compressed air and blueprint/schematics reading. Experience or practical knowledge of PLCs and Ladder Logic, electrical including 3-phase, controls and instrumentation, HVAC, etc.

Possesses own toolsMust comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMPs, SOPs, Hazard Analyses, Critical Control Points, HACCP, LOTO procedures, food safety programs, and all policies established by Leprino Foods CompanyMust maintain excellent attendance, be dependable, reliable, a team player, and willing to work overtime as requiredMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be able to communicate verbally and in writingMust be able to lift over 75lbs. from floor to chestand climb stairs and laddershourlyMust be able to support 24/7/365 operation Desired candidates should be self directed and able to work with minimal supervision and also have: Attended a trade or technical school and possess experience with control systems,Experience with instrumentationExperience with VFD/PLCFood manufacturing experienceExperience with refrigeration (preferred) Leprino Foods celebrates and supports diversity.
