Job Description

Maintenance Technician Wanted for Rousseau & Vonsteinwehr Apartments Located in Au Gres and Standish, MI Full-Time.
Position Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in all areas of property maintenance. The primary responsibilities of this position include completing apartment turnovers and servicing requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Experience needed in:
electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, troubleshooting all involved as well as snow removal and being a part of an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs at single family apartment units. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Residential Painting and Dry Wall Repair. Collaborate with other team members to maintain optimal functionality. On call rotation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 1-year related experience or training.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Able to work nights and weekends for on call rotation responsibilities.
  • Capable of lifting 50lbs.
  • Required to consent to a background screen.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
