Mon•Fri 2:30pm•10:30pm (2nd shift)Founded in the late 1970s, we are a US based manufacturing and engineering company employing roughly 1200 people nationwide, with approximately 150 employees at the Auburn Hills facility. We specialize in precision machining, automated manufacturing, and high volume production support for automotive and industrial clients. The Auburn Hills location focuses on CNC machining, robotic automation, and production tooling support for Tier 1 automotive manufacturers and advanced manufacturing customers. The industries served include automotive, industrial automation, robotics, and engineered component manufacturing. For this Maintenance Technician position you will support production uptime by performing mechanical troubleshooting, tool changes, and equipment repairs on CNC machines and FANUC robotic systems.

What You Will Be DoingPerform mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on CNC machining centers, automated production equipment, and FANUC robotsComplete tool changes, mechanical adjustments, and equipment setups to support production requirements on 2nd shiftDiagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliabilitySupport maintenance documentation, work orders, and parts tracking to ensure accurate reporting and repair historyCollaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance leadership to resolve equipment issues and maintain safe operating conditionsWhat You Need for This Position5 plus years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with strong mechanical aptitudeHands on experience with CNC equipment troubleshooting, repair, and tool change proceduresWorking knowledge of FANUC robotic systems, including basic troubleshooting and fault recoveryAbility to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manualsExperience with preventative maintenance programs, mechanical repair, and machine reliability practicesWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
