Responsibilities Specialty floor and carpet care duties include: Bonneting carpets Carpet extraction and deep cleaning Stripping and waxing floors Burnishing floors Scrubbing tiled floors Interior window cleaning Additional janitorial responsibilities include: General cleaning and sanitizing Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Restroom cleaning and restocking Dusting and trash removal Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas and offices Qualifications Previous floor care experience required Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Dependable with strong attendance Ability to work independently Attention to detail and strong work ethic Reliable transportation Position Details Part-time hours Flexible schedule available Supportive work environment Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available Short-term disability Paid Time Off If you are dependable, motivated, and take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized, we would love to hear from you.
