Maintenance Technician 5why Leaders Charlotte, MI Job Details Full-time $30 - $38 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Maintaining an organized workspace Tooling Industrial equipment troubleshooting Clean workspace maintenance Continuous process improvement (CPI) Full Job Description 2nd shift Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work Ensure all Equipment and tools are in good working order at all times Ensure all Equipment and tools are safe at all times Conduct preventative maintenance work Follow and document maintenance program Troubleshoot and repair Equipment and tooling as required. Communicate any issues or nonconformance of Equipment and tooling to Management Maintain a safe and clean working environment Ensure PSR are completed where require Follow safety procedures and understand machine and equipment functions and safety devices. Update companies Systems with all maintenance-related information and maintain documentation Continuous improvement of Equipment and tools Maintain a clean and safe work area Other duties as assigned Preferred experience: Injection molding PLC experience or knowledge
