Silverside is an established property management company with over 1500 apartment units under management in Southeast Michigan.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED and reliable maintenance / trades professional that enjoys problem solving, has great people skills and is passionate about maintaining the physical aspects of the apartment properties.

Job Duties Include:

Complete common repairs that occur in apartment properties which span across many trades such as plumbing, light electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting on occasion. Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas when necessary. Plan and prepare apartments for rent as they come available. Maintain and purchase materials needed to efficiently address common maintenance work. Maintain tools needed to efficiently address common work performed. Responding to emergencies

Qualifications:

• Drivers License
• Reliable transportation
• Must have at least 3 yrs. apartment complex maintenance experience
• Strong communication skills
• Set of personal/basic tools to be used on the job. Special tools to be provided.
• Any trades qualifications are a bonus
