Job Responsibilities:

As our Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform comprehensive maintenance tasks including patching, painting, equipment repairs, and other necessary replacements. Execute preventative maintenance, renovations, and inspections to uphold our facilities to the highest standards. Conduct routine inspections across all clinics to ensure operational safety and cleanliness. Maintain both interior and exterior environments to promote a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. 2+ years' experience maintaining various building surfaces including walls, floors, and finishes. Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to utilize basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and custodial tools effectively.
