This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and enjoys a variety of tasks throughout the day. No previous experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset. What You'll Do Perform general maintenance tasks throughout the resort Complete groundskeeping duties to maintain clean, safe, and attractive outdoor spaces Use tools and equipment to troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise Identify and address maintenance needs proactively Communicate with Resort Management and Home Office teams to prioritize and complete tasks Assist with additional duties as needed to support daily resort operations What We're Looking For Willingness to learn and take on a variety of maintenance and groundskeeping tasks Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Basic comfort using tools and equipment (or willingness to learn) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow direction and communicate effectively with team members and leadership Self-motivated with the ability to stay productive throughout the day This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that keeps the resort running at its best.
