Maintenance Technician Job Description The Maintenance Technician supports daily operations by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and facility equipment. This role involves working extensively with low-voltage systems (12-24V) as well as high-voltage electrical systems up to 480V, 3-phase. The technician will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, perform circuit testing, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. While the primary focus is on industrial machinery, the position also includes general facility maintenance as needed. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and facility equipment. Work with low-voltage (12-24V) and high-voltage (up to 480V, 3-phase) electrical systems. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues. Perform circuit testing and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Conduct general facility maintenance as needed. Essential Skills Experience with 480V electrical systems. Industrial machinery troubleshooting experience. Mechanical ability (including hobbies such as fixing cars or welding). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edwardsburg, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
