General Maintenance Reports To:

Maintenance Manager Function:

Repair and upkeep on buildings, bakery, and restaurant equipment.

Work Performed:

Weekly, monthly and quarterly checks of buildings and equipment Air conditioning filter replacement Monthly grease and oil runs The repairing and upkeeping on building, bakery, and restaurant equipment includes electrical, plumbing, and the repairing of bakery and kitchen equipment. Maintains working knowledge of electrical, gas and water lines Familiar with emergency procedures OPERA log Hotel guest room repairs Waterpark repairs

Requirements:

Must be able to walk and stand continuously. Ability to lift minimum 30 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Over 18 - Apply Online
