Job description Looking for an experienced cleaning professional for both regularly scheduled commercial and home cleaning in addition to as-needed cleaning services at local rental properties/Airbnb. The position would typically entail 15-20hours of work per week. The ideal candidate would have a flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and be comfortable working in varied cleaning scenarios (Airbnb, upscale homes, rental cleanouts, commercial space etc.). Quick communication, reliability, teamwork, and adaptability to changing situations are key.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings. Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot-cleaning glass and windows. Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Vacuums, empties trash and replaces liners. Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas. Transports dirty linens to the correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas with clean linens. Maintains backup bedding and linens for quick change over, wash, and dry dirty sets. Occasional deep cleaning of vacated rental properties including walls, floors, cabinets, baseboards, appliances, carpet cleaning, etc). Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests. Performs additional duties as needed. Applicants should provide a resume, personal bio, and picture .

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
