Handy Man/Maintenance

Maintenance / Handyman - Residential Properties (Flexible Schedule) We're a property management company looking for a solid, reliable handyman to join our maintenance crew and help keep our rental properties in good shape. If you know your way around basic repairs, this could be a great fit. What you'll be doing: General repairs (plumbing fixes, light electrical, drywall, painting, etc.) Rental turnovers (getting units ready between tenants) Small jobs and bigger fixes across multiple houses Spot issues before they become bigger problems What we're looking for: Someone who can handle a bit of everything (jack-of-all-trades type) Shows up, gets the job done, and communicates well Can work independently or with the crew, and manage their time efficiently Valid driver's license (required) Pickup truck preferred (you'll be moving tools/materials) Own basic tools The details: Flexible schedule - we're results-focused, not clock-watchers Work across properties in and within about 1.5 hours of Greenville Steady work available
