Swimming Pool Opening Technician

Overview Pool opening crew meets everyday @ our Howell location @ 7:45AM and gets their job assignments. Normally go out in crews of 2 or 3 persons and work until the assigned jobs are completed. Expect 50 to possibly 70 hours per week. We work rain or shine! Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds or more. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work. Typically work 7 days a week Time and a half paid for any hours over 40.

Work Location:

Multiple locations Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their pool needs and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool. Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working on-site. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge is helpful Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work performed.
