Perform routine maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues (training available for other areas) Maintain building systems (lighting, basic plumbing, general upkeep) Complete preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and documentation Maintain air compressors and compressed air systems Assist with facility upkeep (painting, grounds, minor repairs) Support snow removal and outdoor maintenance Follow safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, PPE) Communicate maintenance needs and repair updates What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude (work, school, or hands-on experience) Ability to use basic tools and troubleshoot equipment issues Reliable and able to work independently Willingness to learn — electrical experience NOT required Preferred (Not Required) Welding or fabrication experience HVAC or general maintenance experience Industrial or manufacturing background Requirements Valid driver's license with good driving record Ability to work overtime and respond to occasional call-ins Work Environment Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise and heat Physical role: standing, bending, climbing Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Apply Today We're hiring quickly.
