This person will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical community. Conducting preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs, building upkeep, equipment & plumbing repairs, and security. Temporary only

Responsibilities:

• Performs general maintenance duties; fixing wall covers, floor covers, furniture and fixtures, light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs.
• Maintain all painting and refurbishing projects.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance.
• Assists with snow removal efforts and outside grounds/property work as needed.
• Must be committed to providing excellent customer service and to Vista Grande Villa's Standard of Performance.
• Completes work order request within the time frame assigned by supervisors.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in the operation of in the event of emergencies.
• Maintain and support security of the facility and its occupants.
• All work is to be performed in a professional manner, including high quality work practices, safety, neatness, thoroughness, follow up and clean up.
• Works cooperatively with staff from all departments.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated skills in all aspects of preventive maintenance High School Diploma or Equivalent Technical Schooling and/or background preferred Ability to understand and follow work instructions Strong interpersonal skills required Attendance and Punctuality is a must Must clear pre-employment screen, i.e. background/drug screen
