Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our Environmental Services team as a Floor Tech that is responsible for cleanliness of Friendship Village - Kalamazoo, including but not limited to Village Apartments, Woodside, Health Center, Laundry, Garden Homes, and all areas associated with Friendship Village - Kalamazoo; always following departmental guidelines and procedures. This full-time first shift (7a-3p) position with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. Ready to jump into a role that matters? Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing each day as a

Floor Tech:

Maintains floors and carpets throughout Community, including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, cleaning carpets, vacuuming, mopping and spot treatment/cleaning. Assists with extra assignments and work orders. Complete work orders for event set ups and take downs throughout Community. Got what it takes to shine in this role? Here are a few of the qualifications we are looking for: Previous Housekeeping/Laundry preferred but not required. A compassionate team player that has initiative and integrity.
