About the Role Campbell Caron has been a fixture in West Michigan property management for over 30 years, working across upscale apartment and manufactured home communities, and our team is the reason for that longevity.   • Hands-on maintenance experience (required)
  • Comfort with electrical, plumbing, drywall, and basic carpentry/trim work
  • HVAC or appliance repair experience is a big plus
  • A reliable, positive person who takes pride in the work

Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
