Job Description
Responsible for performing repairs and maintaining all School of Medicine property and equipment through scheduled, non-scheduled, and emergency maintenance procedures. Functions as a member of the facility management team and assists in all areas of facility management as requested.
Continuing education and tuition reimbursement.

Flexible work solutions based on position and department.
Up to four weeks of PTO accrual beginning in year one.
Paid holidays.
Paid volunteer time.

Responds to calls in a timely manner.
Closes work orders.
Performs plumbing repairs under supervision.
Performs carpentry repairs including painting, drywall work and hardware installation; under supervision.
Maintains water treatment and storage under supervision.
Performs general maintenance, custodial, and trash removal.
Participates in Emergency Response Team, as needed.
Maintains standards of quality control and safety throughout the building.
Maintains property landscaping.
Organizes special events and completes room set-up.
Availability to work occasional overtime on weekends or evenings to complete time sensitive projects.
On-call for evenings and weekends once a month, rotating with other team members.
All other duties as assigned.
