Property Maintenance Technician Pay:

$19-$22 per hour, based on experience

Shift Times:

8:00am to 5pm Monday to Friday with possible on-call duties

Position Type:

Full-time, Evaluation with the possibility to get hired

Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

Capable of interacting with residents and subcontractors in a positive, professional manner Flip apartments in a timely manner Plumbing Minor Electrical Appliance maintenance Record, complete and close maintenance work orders. Participate, manage and implement effective preventative maintenance Proactively assist with common areas maintaining per policy Repair exterior building as needed Capable of drywall repair, touch-up painting Equipment maintenance and repair Perform landscape construction and planting as needed

Maintenance Technician Preferred Candidates:

Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting capability Must have current and legal drivers license. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Technical computer skills is a plus How Apply for
