The role We are seeking a skilled and driven Maintenance Technician to support production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities. This role is responsible for minimizing downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Assess tooling and equipment condition and complete maintenance repairs. Support production by reducing equipment, automation, robotics, and tooling downtime through troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, robotics, tooling, and facilities. Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, robotic cells, conveyors, sensors, drives, HMIs, and safety circuits. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and robotic system failures. Make recommendations to improve productivity, reliability, safety, and uptime. Assist with fabrication, installation, and improvement projects Maintain compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards Support spare parts inventory and continuous improvement initiatives Who you are High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of industrial maintenance experience. Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and ladder logic. Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent preferred). Experience maintaining industrial robotics and automation systems. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills including VFDs, sensors, relays, and motor controls. Ability to perform root cause analysis and corrective actions. Health, Safety, Physical & Travel Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined or elevated spaces. Requires strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to safely operate tools and machinery. Must comply with all safety standards and wear appropriate PPE.
