Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and appearance of our property. This role includes general maintenance responsibilities with a strong focus on painting, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
