The primary responsibility of this position is installing electrical and non-electrical signs. Additional duties include sign fabrication, vinyl application, shop work, and occasional customer interaction. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Install electrical and non-electrical signs Operate lifts and boom trucks Work safely from ladders and at elevated heights Lift and carry materials weighing more than 50 pounds Use power tools and sign-production equipment Cut, paint, assemble, and fabricate signs Complete basic electrical connections Weed, tape, and apply vinyl to various surfaces Interact professionally with customers Maintain a clean, organized work area Travel overnight occasionally for installation projects Follow company and industry safety procedures Qualifications Sign installation or fabrication experience is preferred Basic construction knowledge is helpful Comfortable working with tools, ladders, lifts, and heavy materials Comfortable working at heights Strong attention to detail Good measuring and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Sign installation or fabrication training or certifications are a plus Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn Benefits Paid time off On-the-job training Opportunities for overtime
