This position involves installing a wide variety of interior and exterior signs, operating equipment, and assisting with sign fabrication in our shop. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy hands-on work, and are comfortable working outdoors or at heights, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities
  • Install electrical and non-electrical signs safely and professionally
  • Operate bucket trucks, lifts, and other installation equipment
  • Use power tools and hand tools for installation and fabrication
  • Perform basic electrical connections for illuminated signs
  • Assist with sign fabrication
  • Load, unload, and transport signs and materials
  • Communicate professionally with customers on job sites
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Travel overnight when required for select installation projects Qualifications
  • Current Sign Specialist license
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and at heights
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer
