Maintenance Technician Mackinaw Apartments in Cheboygan, MI. Monthly Bonus 6-month stay bonus $250 and a 1-year stay bonus $250 Year-Round Position with stay bonus every year Full-Time. Mackinaw Apartments is seeking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team for a year-round position.

Position Summary:

The Service Technician is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in all areas of property maintenance. The primary responsibilities of this position include completing apartment turnovers and servicing requests in a timely and courteous manner.

Experience needed in:

electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, troubleshooting all involved as well as snow removal and being a part of an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs at single family apartment units. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Residential Painting and Dry Wall Repair. Collaborate with other team members to maintain optimal functionality. On call rotation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 1-year related maintenance experience or training.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Stipend On-call rotation responsibilities for after hours and weekend emergiencies .
• Capable of lifting 50lbs.
• Required to consent to a background screen.
• Excellent customer service skills.
