Fence Installer/Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Fence Installer/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fences and related structures across various sites. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of fences using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper alignment and height Dig post holes and set posts securely using concrete forming techniques when necessary Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble fencing materials Perform site preparation tasks including clearing debris, grading, and landscape maintenance Support masonry work such as concrete finishing or setting posts in concrete foundations Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Experience with construction sites, including familiarity with safety standards and procedures Strong carpentry skills with knowledge of frame carpentry and assembly techniques Ability to operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and power tools efficiently Knowledge of welding techniques for fence repairs or custom installations is a plus Physical strength for heavy lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods Background in masonry or concrete finishing enhances versatility on the job site Experience with landscape or hardscape projects supports comprehensive project execution Join our team if you're ready to build durable fences while gaining valuable construction experience!
