Property Maintenance Technician - Must have experience in Property Maintenance

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dedicated Property Maintenance Supervisor to contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Perform inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues. Conduct repairs and troubleshoot problems related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major repairs needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. Must have reliable transportation (car) and be mobile to travel between properties. Strong communication skills
