Maintenance Technician 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Job description Professional Management Company, Is seeking a Maintenance Tech candidate for a beautiful student apartment community located in Mount Pleasant, MI The right individual for this position must possess adequate Maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, drywall, and all other aspects of building knowledge Is helpful. Grounds work including light Landscaping is a must and snow removal in Winter months. In addition, the right candidate must be on an on-call rotation for emergency Maintenance service once a month. The right candidate must be able to be flexible in his/her position to be able to assist where needed and when needed by the company. Reliable Transportation is a must.
