Full-Time Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently. This role performs emergency repairs, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery. A strong electrical troubleshooting background is essential, along with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Key Responsibilities Perform emergency repairs and routine maintenance to reduce equipment downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on industrial machinery (AC/DC systems, sensors, motors, wiring). Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery to ensure proper operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. Dismantle, replace, repair, and reassemble equipment parts. Operate industrial tools and equipment including hoists, cranes, forklifts, scissor lifts, saws, and machine tools. Complete scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks with accurate documentation. Communicate repair needs, part orders, and equipment status to the Maintenance Supervisor. Follow OSHA safety standards and all company policies consistently.
Minimum Qualifications Must have:
Strong electrical troubleshooting experience (AC/DC systems, machine wiring, sensors) Documented knowledge of: Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems Welding Processes (MIG/TIG/Stick)
Machine Tool Operation Industrial Equipment Troubleshooting Techniques Preferred:
8+ years of maintenance and electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
