Job Description
ESC Federal is a national Janitorial and Facilities Maintenance company, seeking to add an experienced Floor Technician to a premier property in Novi, Michigan! Our idea candidate is dependable, hardworking and looking for opportunity to grow with us!
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them with provided equipment Scrub and buff tile floors using provided equipment. Clean food court and corridors; remove gum from floors Observe and perform safety precautions at all times, utilize proper safety signage Report any safety hazards for proper action Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specificationsMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RUNNING SCRUBBER/BUFFING MACHING OVERNIGHT SHIFT
8pm-4:00AM Pay:
